摘要
混凝土工程造价在高标准铁路总投资中占有较大比重,在设计阶段对其造价的确定和控制对提高设计概算的准确度有着重要作用。通过对混凝土施工规范和质量验收规范的分析,指出高标准铁路混凝土必须采用工厂及搅拌站集中拌制的施工方案;并对设计阶段混凝土搅拌站的设置、原材料供应运距计算进行了分析;对混凝土搅拌站大临工程费用进行了测算。此文还指出了目前混凝土工程施工组织设计及概算编制存在的问题,并提出具体的参考意见。
The proportion of concrete engineering cost is comparatively great in the total investment of the high standard railway. The determination and control of its cost play an important role in improving the accuracy of the design estimate in the design phase. Through the analysis of concrete construction specifications and quality acceptance specifications, this article points out that the construction scheme of centralized concrete mixing at plant and station must be adopted for the high standard railway. Analysis is also performed on the layout of the concrete mixing stations and the computation of the raw material supply haul distance with the heavy temporary works of concrete mixing stations measured and calculated. This article also shows the problems existing in the construction organization design and rough estimate making of concrete work with specific proposals made for reference.
