摘要
如何在不破坏水合物稳定性的前提下,对深水油气资源进行高效安全的开采,是摆在油气开发者面前最大的难题。通过对深水水合物稳定性的确定、低水化热固井水泥浆稳定性、流变性、胶凝强度、候凝时间、水泥石具有较好的力学性能和较低导热性能等一系列特殊要求分析,提出以准确绘制水合物稳定性特性曲线为前提,以低水化热固井材料研究为基础,以水合物层固井可能存在的风险为指导,优化深水水合物层固井水泥浆性能和注水泥工艺,解决深水水合物层固井中面临的困难。
Laboratory experiments were conducted on how to develop deep water oil and gas without destroying the stability of hydrates.This involves the analysis of the stability of hydrates and low heat of hydration cement,slurry rheology,gel strength,curing time,and the mechanical performance of the set cement.It is concluded that cementing jobs in hydrates bearing formations in deep water well can be done safely and economically by careful pre-job preparation and prudent operation in problematic zones.
