摘要
研究非牛顿流体顶替机理对提高注水泥顶替效率和固井质量具有重要作用。从实验研究、理论分析和数值模拟3个方面概述了国内外非牛顿流体顶替机理研究概况,重点分析了非牛顿流体在井眼中的顶替过程与机理研究中存在的问题。认为实验方法与理论分析的最大不足是很难按实际的井眼条件与流体特性来研究,导致了对非牛顿流体顶替过程与机理认识的不足。用数值模拟的方法实现实际井眼条件下非牛顿流体顶替过程的可视化,通过数值计算和部分实验验证,系统分析各种因素对顶替效率的影响规律是今后的一个研究方向。
This paper presented an overview of studies of non-Newtonian fluids displacement from three aspects: experimental researches,theoretical analyses,and numerical simulation.Special attention was paid to the problems existed in the studies.The main deficiency of experimental researches and theoretical analyses was that they were all done virtually,not based on real hole conditions and fluid characteristics,leading to partial understanding of non-Newtonian fluids displacement process and mechanism.It was concluded that the main research trend would be using numerical simulation to visualize the displacement of non-Newtonian fluids in real hole conditions,and by numerical computation and experimental verification,various factors affecting the displacement efficiency can be systematically analyzed.
