摘要
利用有限元软件MSC.Marc建立起铜管三辊行星轧制过程的三维热力耦合有限元仿真模型,对铜管行星轧制从咬入到稳定轧制的全过程进行了有限元模拟分析。仿真结果和现场数据的对比,验证了仿真结果的正确性;分析了不同的摩擦状态对铜管行星轧制过程的影响。研究结果表明,适当增大轧制过程中的摩擦,可以减小金属滑动、减小三角形效应、减小成品的圆度误差,同时也有利于温度场的均匀分布。研究结果可为设计轧辊和调节乳化液浓度提供理论依据。
The 3-D Thermal-Mechanical Coupling finite element analysis model of the planetary rolling process of copper tube was established by FEA software MSC. Marc. The finite element analysis of the whole process of the planetary rolling was carried out. Comparing the simulation result with the practical data, validity of the simulation result is verified. The effect of varied friction state on the planetary rolling process was analysed. The result indicated that improving the roughness degree of the rolling process appropriately can reduce the metal sliding velocity, can reduce the triangle effect, reduce the roundness error, at the same time can make the distribution of the temperature field become uniform. The result of the research may be a helpful tool for design of roller and adjustment of oil emulsion concentration.
