摘要
本文提出了一种集中式流量控制方案(SER),用以实现ATM网络中可获得带宽ACR的动态分配;SER保证带宽分配的公平性和有效性,使得信源速率能够单调上升到最佳速率;在流控机制中,引入网络虚拟边界点的概念,以缩短暂态持续时间。本文还将SER应用于VEB+ABR业务综合传输的情形。仿真结果表明,网络暂态持续时间和交换队列均很短。
A new synchronous flow control scheme for ATM retworks is proposed in this paper. Thescheme could allocate bandwidth fairly and efficiently.The rate of an ABR source would go up increasingly. Byintroducing Vinual Nodes. the transient durations experienced by ABR connections are further reduced.The per-formance of SER scheme is investigated with simulations . As a result , transient durations are very short . Thelength of queues accumulated at switch ports are also very short.
