摘要
文章简要地概述了采用正交优化的方法研究以乙醇作为溶剂在不同的条件下提取龙眼核中黄酮类物质的工艺,正交实验优化结果表明:提取时间3 h、料液比1︰25、乙醇浓度(V/V)50%、温度80℃是最佳提取工艺条件。
Extraction conditions of flavonoids from longan seed using orthogonal experiment was studied. The results showed that the opimum conditions were： extraction time 3 h, ratio of material to solvent 1 ： 25, ethanol concentration 50 % and extraction temperature 80 ℃.
