摘要
采用溶液法以多元单体接枝共聚氯化聚丙烯(CPP),制得氯化聚丙烯的多元共聚物。在不同的施工条件下,研究讨论了该多元共聚物对不锈钢(SUS)/聚丙烯(PP)复合结构材料的粘结作用。结果表明:该多元共聚物对SUS/PP复合结构材料具有良好的粘结作用,其最大剥离强度可达11.98 N/mm;该多元共聚物对SUS/PP的粘结作用具有良好的耐候性及耐水性,经冷热循环试验及50℃水浸泡60 h,未见粘结强度明显下降。
A multiply copolymerized chlorinated polypropylene was prepared by means of solution method with multiple monomers grafted to chlorinated polypropylene(CPP). The adhesion of that multiply copolymer to the kind of stainless steel(SUS)/polypropylene(PP) composite structure material was investigated in different execution conditions. The results showed that it had strong adhesion to SUS/PP as the peeling strength of resulted adhesive reached 11.98 N/mm. The weathering resistance and water resistance of the adhesion to SUS/PP was high, the significant debonding did not occur after thermal cycling test or immersed in 50 ℃ water for 60 h.
