摘要
目的:了解我校学生毕业焦虑状况并探讨其影响因素。方法:以SAS(焦虑自评量表)调查60名泸州医学院2002级本科学生。结果:①医学生毕业前夕的SAS得分高于一般人群(P<0.05)。焦虑状态的发生率为18.7%,高于一般人群。②医学生毕业前夕的SAS得分高于其他非医学类的毕业生(P<0.05)。③性别、城乡家庭环境及就业状况对医学生焦虑状况差异无统计学意义。结论:医学生的焦虑状况得分高,应进一步加强对医学生毕业前夕的心理卫生指导。
Objective： To study the anxiety state in medical students confronted graduation in our college. Method： 60 undergraduates of grade 2002 of Luzhou Medical College were studied by questionnaire survey, of SAS on the eve of their graduation.Result： The SAS scores were higher in medical students facing graduation than in general population （P〉0.05）,and were higher than in non-medical counterparts （P〈0.05）.Sex,urban or rural family environment,and employment status had no significant impact on anxiety state.Conclusion： Medical students facing graduation had high SAS scores.Mental health guidance should be strengthened on the eve of their graduation.
