摘要
本文阐述了利用紫外可见分光光度法检测ＣｄＳ薄膜光学性质的基本原理，设计了测试系统，并利用所设计的系统对化学水浴法沉积ＣｄＳ薄膜的光谱透过率进行测试。通过对不同沉积时间的ＣｄＳ薄膜的光学性能分析，得出其在一定温度条件下沉积时间对薄膜的光学性质有较大的影响。
In this papers,we interpreted the basic theory of using the UV visible Spectrophotometer method to test the optical properties of Cadmium Sulfide(CdS)films,and designed the testing system.The rate of optical transparency of CdS films from the Chemical Bath Deposition have been tested by the system we designed.The properties of CdS films which deposited with various time have been analyzed.According to it,we drew an conclusion that in the same conditions the time of deposition have greatly effected on the optical properties of CdS films.
