摘要 介绍了一种新型的高精度自动称重分选系统,其特点是能快速准确地对产品进行称重分选,并实时计算、存储、显示数据。针对动态称重数据的特点,提出斜率滤波的软件算法,设计了对应的软件滤波程序,改善了数据处理精度和效率。实验结果表明,该系统运行精确可靠。 A new type of high-precision auto weigh grading system is introduced. It cart weigh and grade the production rapidly and accurately, and do the calculate, storage and display at real-time. Focusing on the characteristics of dynamic weighing data, the software algorithm of slope filter was introduced and the corresponding software filter program was designed, which improved the precision and efficiency of data processing. The result of experimentation indicated that the system runs accurately and reliably.
