The Review of the Theories of IPO Underpricing

摘要 IPO抑价是世界证券市场普遍存在的现象,也是金融界的难题。国内外学者对IPO抑价有大量的研究,但至今没有一个统一的理论。本文对IPO抑价的相关研究进行了分类,并作出简要评述。 IPO underpricing is a common phenomenon in the stock market all over the world.It is a financial puzzle.Although there are many kinds of theories about IPO underpricing, there is not a widely accepted one.This paper classifies and simply reviews the theories.
