摘要
目的:通过对本例癫痫患儿的发病、治疗及智力发育历程的分析,重点研究了苯巴比妥(PB)对患儿智力发育的各个层面影响。虽为个案分析,仍可为相类似的情况提供参考。方法对患儿进行了长期、细致的观察和记录,就患儿服用苯巴比妥(PB)和停服PB两阶段智力的各层面进行了对比性研究。讨论:分析了患儿停服PB的前、后智力水平在短时间内发生飞跃性改善的原因。结论苯巴比妥(PB)对患儿逻辑思维的发展潜在的负面影响不可忽视。
Intention, we analysis the epileptic child＇s disease, treatment and intelligence development and pay attention to studying the phenobarbital＇s effects on the intelligence development from all kinds of lays. Although our research is individual analysis it still can be used as reference for similar instance. Method, we have carefully long-term observations and records on this epileptic child and contrast the intelligence development of the child during the stage of using phenobarbital with the stage of stopping using this medicine. Discussion, we analysis the causes of the child＇s intelligence developed very much after stopping using phenobarbital. Conclusion, phenobarbital has negalive effect on the children＇s logical intelligence that should not be neglected.
