摘要
从江苏地区5个大型种鸡场孵化后期死亡的163枚鸡胚及84羽出壳弱雏中分离鉴定出99株大肠埃希氏菌,死胚分离率为36.81%,出壳弱雏分离率46.43%;从其它9个蛋鸡场47羽疑似大肠杆菌病的病、死鸡的肝、脾、心包、腹水、输卵管、脑、眼中分离鉴定出23株大肠埃希氏菌,分离率为48.94%。分离菌中有67株对清洁级昆明种小鼠(KM)具有强毒力。对其进行大肠埃希氏菌O群抗原鉴定,共有22种O型血清型,O11、O88、O115为优势血清型,O78及O81各为3株,O18、O20、O26、O36、O89各为2株,其余为O3、O4、O9、O30、O60、O75、O93、O103、O114、O131、O133及O149;未定型菌11株,占待检菌株的16.42%,其中O3、O9、O18、O30、O81、O114、O131及O149为首次发现。对29株不同血清型不同来源的分离菌进行抗生素敏感性试验,结果,所有菌株对头孢唑啉(CFZ)极度敏感;对其它抗生素的敏感性则各不相同。此外,本试验还对分离菌的生长培养特性,形态特征,生化特性及对ld鸡的致病性进行了研究。
isolates of Escherichia coli(E coli) were isolated from 163 dead chicken embryoes in late hatching period and 84 one day old weak chicks from 5 chicken breeding farms in Jiangshu areas ,and again,23 isolates of E coli were isolated from 47 chickns representing other 9 chicken farms in this area,with typical lesions of avian colibacilosic The mean isolation percentage of dead embryoes ,ld weak chicks and chickens suspected with colibacilosis were 36 81%,46 43% and 48 94%, respectively 67 strains had high virulence on KM mice Serotyping demonstrated that O11,O88,O115 serogroups were predominant in 22 serogroups,the others were O78,O81,O18,O20,O26,O36,O89,O3,O4,O9,O30,O60,O75,O93,O103,O114,O131,0133 and O149 11 isolates couldn`t be serotyped(16 42%) Among these serogroups,O3,O9,O18,O30,O81 O114,O131 and O149 were firstly discovered in chicken E coli . Antibiotics sensitivity efforts for 29 representative strains revealed that all isolates were extremely sensitive to CFZ,and indefinitely to other antibiotics The article also discussed the the charaterization of culture ,morphology ,biochemistry and pathogenicity of E coli isolates for ld chick
