香猪采食前后胃液分泌与血浆胃泌素浓度的变化 被引量:2

摘要 在装置长久性隔离小胃和临时性颈静脉插管的香猪试验发现,动物在早晨饲喂前小胃胃液分泌量极少,甚至没有。饲喂后小胃胃液分泌量骤然升高,约3h达到高峰。进食前胃液酸度很低,甚至可达pH66。进食后胃液酸度显著升高,pH在19左右。游离酸含量比结合酸高3倍,同时胃蛋白酶活性明显增强,可维持5~6h。血浆胃泌素水平正常变动范围在167±785pg/ml,并受进食的影响,进食后1,3h均出现高峰。 Five male Xiang pigs fitted with chronic isolated stomach pouch and temporary catheter inserted into juglar veiwere used in thisexperiment.Little or no gastricl juice wassecreted in the isolated stomach pouch before food intakd in the morning,however,it′s the gastric juice amount of secreted,rised sharply reached in about 3 hours,from 0 7±0 4 mL/10 min to 3 8±0 4 mL/10 min (P<0 01).Then the secretion slowed down gradually and it rised agnin afrter the pigs were fed.Before feeding gastric acidity waslow.with pH if 5^1±1 4 or even 6 6.After feeding gastric acidity increased obviously and the pH reached 1 9±0 5(P<0 01).The content of free acid was 3 times higher than that of combined acid.The pepsin activity increased markedly at the same time,from 219 61±109 80PE/ml to 517 65±149 01 PE/mL(P<0 01).The high pepsin activity lasted for 5~6 hours.The normal range of plasma gastrin concentration was 16 7±7 85pg/mL and it′s level was affected by food intake.The peaks appeared 1 and 3 hours after feeding.
