摘要
通过试验,菊叶薯蓣引到陕西汉江流域安康栽植,采用5-10℃温棚和覆土80 cm可以安全越冬,第3年单株产量达1.48 kg、皂素含量3.01%,产量和皂素含量均高于当地的盾叶薯蓣。
In Ankang of Hanjiang basin, Shaanxi, Dioscorea composite was cultivated in warm shed with temperature at 5-10 ℃ and with soil covering 80cm.. In the third year, the individual plant yield of Dioscorea composite reaches 1.48 kg with diosgenin content at 3.01%. The yield and diosgenin content of Dioscorea composite is higher than local variety Dioscorea zingiberensis.
