摘要
本文以ＨＰＬＣ法测定阿维菌素口服液体药剂中阿维菌素的含量，采用经典恒温加速实验和强光照射实验研究该制剂的热稳定性和光稳定性。结果表明，该制剂阿维菌素的热降解反应为一级动力学过程。在４５℃、５５℃、６５℃、７５℃时的降解速度常数分别为９．１６７×１０－４、２．２９１×１０－３、４．６０８×１０－３、１１．４９×１０－３ｄ－１，其热降解活化能Ｅ为７６．２３ＫＪ／／ｍｏｌ。室温条件下降解速度常数ｋ２５为１．３２４×１０－４ｄ－１，贮存有效期ｔ０．９为２．１８年，半衰期为１４．３４年，该制剂光稳定性尚属良好。
