摘要
分析了国内外农业纤维物料压缩研究的现状,指出了存在的问题:①多属“闭式”小模型压缩试验研究,②理论研究与实际脱节,③对压缩过程中的影响因素考虑的不够全面,④对压缩过程中被压缩物料的流变特性研究不够,⑤同时要求给被压缩物料施加恒应力(或恒应变),并指出应加强以下几个方面的研究:①不同喂入量以不同压缩频率压缩时的蠕变和应力松弛问题,②压缩室内草片和草捆在不同位置的蠕变和应力松弛问题,③草捆从压缩室出口释放时的膨胀和张力,④综合考虑压缩力、压缩频率、喂入量、压缩室长度、草捆长度、湿度和功耗等因素。
Based on the analysis of compressing study on agricultural fibrous materials at home and abroad, some problems are pointed out. They are: 1. Most of studies of agricultural fibrous materials compressed are made only in a small closed end die. 2. Theoretical study is separated from practice. 3. Some factors affecting compression are not considered overally. 4. Only simple rheological characteristics of agricultural fibrous materials compressed are studied. 5. Meanwhile a constant stress should be given to the compressed materials. Some directions of future studying are pointed out. 1. The creep and relaxation of agricultural fibrous materials during compressing in different charge amount and different compressing frequency. 2. The creep and relaxation of straw pieces and bales at the different position in the chamber. 3. The expansion and tensile stress of a bale when released from chamber. 4. Considering synthetically the factors including pressing force, compressing frequency, charge amount, chamber length, bale length, humidity and power consuming.
