摘要
从铜冶炼企业采用的主要原料、主要生产工艺和污染治理设施分析生产过程中污染物的排放情况,探讨铜冶炼企业环境影响评价的主要内容。结果表明,铜冶炼项目排放的主要污染物为SO2、烟粉尘、酸性废水和工业固体废物。对于尾气中的SO2一般采用烟气制酸来回收烟气中的S,烟粉尘经过布袋收尘后返回工艺,酸性废水采用石灰中和法来处理以达到国家和地方排放标准,工业固体废物采用堆存或者综合利用来处置。
The pollutants discharge in the copper smelting are analyzed based on the of the main materials, production technologies and the pollution treatment facilities, and the main contents of the environmental impact assessment of copper smelters are discussed. It is indicated by the analysis results that the main pollutants in copper smelting is SO2, dust and fumes, acid waste water and industrial solid waste. The SO2 is recovered from the waste gas to produce sulfuric acid, the dust is collected by the bag-type dust collector to return to the flowsheet, and the acid waste water is neutralized with lime and discharged consonantly with the national and local discharge standards, the industrial solid waste is disposed by stock piling or comprehensive utilization.
