摘要
由于企业创新资源的稀缺性和有限性,以及创新活动的不确定性,建立创新网络成为企业提高其创新能力的必然选择。本文在企业创新网络构建动因和条件分析的基础上,结合国内外对企业创新网络研究,重点探讨企业创新网络构建和治理,以期能对企业构建创新网络有所启示。
