摘要
本文以榆林经济转型为例研究了资源枯竭型城市产业转型效果的评价问题,首先对榆林转型前和实施转型战略后的情况进行了对比;其次,在对比分析的基础上构建了榆林转型效果的评价指标体系,最后,根据统计数据对榆林市的转型效果进行了评价,并对评价结果进行了分析。
This paper assesses the effects of indus-trial transformation in resources-exhausted city Yulin results before and after the industrial transformation establishes the assessment indexes for industrial transformation effects and analyzes the effects of industrial transformation in Yulin City.
