摘要
近年来,随着国家对"三农"问题的持续关注,人们对乡村旅游的认识逐渐上升到了社会主义新农村建设的高度。事实表明,一直以来我国乡村旅游的自发发展模式,引致了大量的矛盾和误区。新时期,要全面实现乡村旅游在新农村建设中的重要作用和功能,必须要加强政府主导,以规范开发主体和开发行为。本文尝试以乡村旅游开发的内涵特征为依据,探讨在新时期的乡村旅游开发中政府主导的动力机制。
Recently,with the persistent attentions to the ＂issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers＂,the understanding on the rural tourism has been elevated to the height of building socialist new countryside.Many facts show that self -development mode of the rural tourism in our country induced lots of contradictions and errors.In new period,for fully achieving the important functions of the rural tourism in the building of socialist new countryside,we must strengthen the government leading to define the development body and behaviors.The paper tries to explore the driving mechanism of government leading in the rural tourism development based on its essential features.
