摘要
本文研究了起始化学组成Bi_(1.6)Pb_(0.4)Sr_2Ca_3Cu_4O_x中高温超导相2223相的形成。并对其结构、电阻率和AC磁化率作了初步研究。
Superconducting transition temperature near 107 K was obserbed in the nominal composition Bi_(1.6)Pb_(0.4)Sr_2Ca_3Cu_4O_x. Resistivity, SEM AC susceptibility and X-ray diffraction data are reported. The results indicate that this sample is predominantly 2223 phase with lattice constant a=b=5.408±0.003 and c=37.112±0.019. The relationship between superconductivity and grains and grain boundaries is also discussed.
