摘要
提出知识管理的四维分析框架,即知识管理行为、知识处理行为、知识资源和知识管理影响因素。试图用于解决不同学科关于知识管理研究缺乏联系的问题。文章首先界定知识管理活动,随后对知识处理行为和知识资源进行详细的研究,最后讨论知识处理对知识管理的影响因素。知识管理四维框架的研究对理论和实践都有很好的指导意义,它使我们对知识管理现象有一个统一的看法,对于学习知识管理理论的研究人员来说,它提供结构化的平台,对于实践者来说,它提供对知识管理行为进行评价的框架。
The 4-dimensional framework for analysis of knowledge management is presented, which includes knowledge management conduct; knowledge processing activities; knowledge resources and knowledge management impact factors. The paper attempts to resolve the problem of lack of links among different disciplines in research on knowledge management. The definition of knowledge management is given first, then the knowledge processing activities and the knowledge resources are studied in depth, finally, the impact factors of knowledge processing on knowledge management are discussed. The study of the 4-dimensional framework for analysis of knowledge management has both theoretical and practical significance, which enables us to study knowledge management in a unified view. To the theory researchers, it provides a structured platform. To the practitioners, it provides a framework for the evaluation of knowledge management conduct.
