摘要
双代号网络图是表示网络计划的一种常用方法,但目前为止,没有一种完整的理论说明双代号网络图的绘制步骤以及绘制过程中的注意事项。通过对双代号网络图内在规律的研究,提出了一种可以快速、准确绘制双代号网络图的方法,通过实例详细说明了此种方法的应用过程。研究对工程项目施工过程管理和施工组织设计具有重要参考价值。
Double-code network scheme is a method which is mostly used to denote network scheme. At the present time, no theory present how to protract a network scheme and what should be paid attention to. Investigating the orderliness of network scheme, the author of this disquisition put forward a new method which can protract double-code network quickly and accurately, then, a example is made to present how to use the method detailedly. The content is of meaning for the project management and construction design.
