摘要
用21个引物不同籼、粳、野生稻进行了RAPD分析,聚类结果表明,籼、粳、野栽都可以清楚分组,不同稻种都有特异性带,通过RAPD分析制作的DNA指纹可用于种质鉴定和利用。还对不同稻种的多态性分析及其用途,稻种类型划分的标准化、科学化等问题进行了讨论。
Using 21 primers,carrying on RAPD analysis for different indica,japonica and wild rice,the cluster result showed that indica,japonica and wild rice may be classified and the different type produced specical DNA fingerprint, and it may be applied to germplasm identify and application.The paper discussed polymorphism analysis and its application,and the questions of rice germplasm differentiate standardize and sciencize and so on.
