钢纤维高强混凝土抗弯试验研究 被引量:7

Experimental study on flexural performance of steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete

摘要 对钢纤维体积率(Vf)为0~3%的钢纤维高强混凝土(SFRHSC)进行抗弯性能测试,试验结果表明,SFRHSC试件整个破坏过程类似于钢筋混凝土适筋梁,且Vf越大,延性破坏特征越明显,荷载-挠度曲线的峰值越大,下降段越平缓。SFRHSC的抗弯强度和韧度均显著高于普通高强混凝土,而且极限抗弯强度与初裂抗弯强度的差值随H的提高而增大,但抗弯弹性模量未有明显的变化。 Flexural experiments for the steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete (SFRHSC) were conducted, and the volume fraction(Vf) of steel fibers of SFRHSC ranges from 0 to 3 % . The results showed that the whole failure mode of SFRHSC is similar to that of balanced-reinforced beam. In additional,the larger the Vf, the more obvious the characteristic of ductile failure mode, and the larger the peak value of flexural load-deflection curves, and the flatter the descending portion of the curves, and the greater the difference between the ultimate flexural strength and the first crack strength. The results also showed that the flexural strength and toughness of SFRHSC are remarkably larger than those of normal high strength concrete, however, the flexural elastic module of SFRHSC changes little.
