一种新型水热旋转老化装置在催化裂化催化剂评价中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 新鲜的催化裂化催化剂活性高且不稳定,不能反映其在应用中的情况,目前普遍采用新鲜催化剂在高温水蒸气条件下处理一段时间后,再测定其活性的评价方法。水热旋转老化装置是一种新型的老化装置,其特点是多个催化剂样品在水平旋转状态下同时进行老化,实验结果表明,旋转老化重复性好,效率高。进行同种催化剂8个样品老化时,测得老化后催化剂活性的平行误差不大于±1%。旋转老化与微反活性评价配合,可以提高裂化催化剂的评价效率和准确性。 Since the micro-activity (MA)of fresh FCC catalyst is high and unstable, fresh catalyst is usually deactivated by hydrothermal treatment prior to MA testing. Deactivation and testing are the two important steps in a successful evaluation of FCC catalyst. In this paper, a novel rotating hydrothermal deactivation apparatus is introduced. Several (6--12)catalyst samples can be treated simultaneously and rotated horizontally. Test results show that the data reproducibility of MA test and rotating deactivation is good:when testing the MA of 8 treated samples from a same catalyst, the parallel error is less than ±1%. Using said rotating deactivation apparatus can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of FCC catalyst evaluation.
