摘要
嘉峪关宏晟电热公司2×300 MW纯凝机组是甘肃省内首家通过采用就地PLC与DEH协同控制低压抽汽蝶阀,实现纯凝机组增加抽汽供热功能的大型机组。300 MW纯凝机组改造为供热机组,其控制方式可能存在不合理及不完善的地方,会对主机造成安全隐患。通过修改低压抽汽蝶阀、快关阀等控制逻辑,增加"中压缸排汽压力大"及"高压缸排汽温度高"主机保护,经多次静态和动态试验对纯凝机组增加抽汽供热功能的投入进行论证考核,证明新的控制策略能够保证机组在增加抽汽供热功能后安全经济运行。
The 2×300 MW pure condensing power units in Jiayuguan Hongsheng Thermal Power Company are the first large-scale units realizing additional heat extraction and heat supply by controlling LP steam-extraction butterfly valve based on field PLC and DEH cooperatively. Considering the reconstruction of power units, there might be some unreasonable and imperfect control modes, bringing certain safety implications to main equipment. By modifying the control logic of LP butterfly valve and fast valve, adding main-equipment protection against excessively high exhausting IP pressure and exhausting HP temperature, the examination result shows that the new control strategies can ensure the safe and economic operation of the reconstructed power unit.
