摘要
总结床边置管腹膜透析（PD）治疗特殊人群急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）的临床护理。PD过程各环节的精心护理和对病人或家属详细的宣教，是确保PD顺利进行的前提，是提高ARF抢救成功率的关键。
Objective To investigation nurse of peritoneal dialysis （PD） with catheter placed at the bedside for special patients with acute renal failure （ARF） . Methods 29 cases with ARF were studied retrospectively. Results 16 cases got recovery, 4 cases improved; 5 died and 4 cases leaved hospital because of insufficient money. Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis with catheter placed at the bedside is a safe, effective treatment for patients with ARF, good nurse is necessary for successful peritoneal dialysis.
