摘要
研究棉纱的毛羽指数和捻度对其磨损性能的影响。采用CTT纱线性能测试仪,模拟了棉纱在高速运行状态下与机件的磨损,并测试了不同线密度、不同毛羽指数和不同捻度的棉纱磨损性能。通过回归分析,发现棉纱在相同线密度条件下,其磨损性能与纱线毛羽指数和捻度有显著的线性关系,且毛羽指数对棉纱磨损性能的影响大于捻度对棉纱磨损性能的影响。
Effect of hairiness index and twist on cotton yarn abrasion property were studied. CTT（ Constant Tension Transport ）yarn property tester was adopted ,abrasion between cotton yarn and components in high speed were simulated, eotton yarn abrasion property in different linear density,hairiness index and twist were tested. Through regression analy- ses,it is found out that in same linear density condition,there are obvious linear relationship between yarn abrasion property and hairiness index ＆ twist. Influence of hairiness index on cotton yarn abrasion is larger than that of cotton yarn twist.
