摘要
基于经典边缘检测算子在抗噪声干扰方面存在不足。在经典边缘检测算法的基础上,探讨了利用最佳阀值分割和轮廓提取相结合的方法实现细胞真实边缘的检测,以改善经典边缘检测算子存在的缺陷,并采用VC6.0设计了细胞图像处理平台。实例表明,处理结果与传统边缘检测算子相比,能够有效抑制噪声干扰的影响,具有较强的抗噪声能力,并且保证了细胞边缘图像的连续性、完整性和精确定位。结果表明,该方法改善了经典边缘检测算子存在的缺陷。
To overcome the drawbacks of the traditional edge detection operators in anti-noise interference. Based on traditional edge detection operators, discusses the optimal threshold segmentation and contour extraction using a combination of methods to achieve real cell edge detection. So the deficiencies of the traditional edge detection operators is improved. The cell image processing platform is developed with VC6.0. Compared to traditional edge detection operators, the results can effectively curb the noise impact and ensure the continuity, integrity and accurate positioning of the cell edge image. The result shows that the methods improve the deficiencies of the traditional edge detection operators.
