摘要
探讨滚动电梯的流量问题，提出了有关滚动电梯式随机服务系统的排队模型；运用“循环服务”的典型方法进行了近似求解，得到了顾客滞留时间、稳定队长、等待时间分布等一系列重要参数；并确立了属于非经典排队模型的“滚动电梯式”服务模型．
Customer flow capacity of rolling elevator is discussed.The queuing model of rolling elevator stochastic service system,and some important approximate parameters with the old of cyclic service method are obtained,such as stagnant time,steady state queuing length,etc.It is the first time to establish the model of rolling elevator stochastic service system,and this model is nonclassic queuing one too.
