摘要 痤疮丙酸杆菌在痤疮的多个致病因素中起重要作用。痤疮丙酸杆菌除引起痤疮外,还可引起呼吸、心血管、消化、泌尿、神经、骨关节以及眼睛等感染,表现为感染性心内膜炎、血栓性静脉炎、骨炎、关节炎、急性化脓性心包炎及其他手术后感染。该文复习了近年来痤疮丙酸杆菌引起皮肤外其他系统感染的研究进展。
