在全球金融风暴下,中小企业不可避免地受到冲击,面临诸多困难。我们要制订中小企业发展的政策,营造中小企业发展的社会环境,在融资领域给予中小企业更多的支持;促进中小企业积极转型,实现新的发展。
During the storm of Global financial crisis which is happening all over the world, small and medium-sized enterprises in China are inevitably affected by the storm and most of them have some difficulties in their operation. We must work out some favorable policies for their development, create a better social environment for their operation and give them more support in their financing so that they can go forward in their transformation and development.
