摘要
介绍了不锈钢热处理线上适于矫直高强度钢板的十五辊组合矫直机,该矫直机采用了辊系优化组合、微张力控制、自学习在线系统等多项先进技术,扩大了矫直产品的厚度范围,提高了矫直产品的质量,具有良好的性价比。
The fifteen-roll combination leveller for stainless steel was introduced. The optimized roll system, mi cro-tension control and self-study techniques were applied, and the plate quality of straightening were im proved.
