地下空间开发利用是城市发展过程中的一种必然趋势，而地下空间规划是指导地下空间开发利用有序化、系统化的重要方法，本文介绍了青岛市地下空间规划的编制过程、理论、方法与成果，以期能够对我国其他城市地下空间规划的编制有所帮助。
