摘要
在成形法磨削斜齿轮的过程中影响齿轮加工精度的原因很多;根据磨削加工过程,从成形砂轮廓形修形误差和砂轮与齿轮的相对位置误差两方面对其所产生的齿形误差进行了分析,并用数值方法模拟出齿形误差的大小;分析结果和数值模拟结果对设计数控成形磨齿机及编制数控成形磨齿工艺具有重要的参考价值。
Many reasons influence the precision of the gear in the process of form grinding helical gear. According to the process of grinding, based on both the error of the grinding wheel axial sectional shape and the error of the relative position of grinding wheel, gear tooth profile error is analyzed, and the tooth profile error is simulated by numerical method. The result of analysis and numerical simulation has very important refrence value for the design of form grinding machine and the compilation of form grinding process.
