摘要
目的：采用导管法非开胸方法治疗先天性心脏病。方法：应用Ｓｉｄｅｒｉｓ钮扣式补片装置经导管关闭动脉导管未闭和房间隔缺损。结果：３例（ＰＤＡ２例，ＡＳＤ１例）手术成功，术后３ｄ经复查出院。另２例因ＰＤＡ和ＡＳＤ直径太大，受补片大小所限，未能修补成功。结论：先天性左向右分流心脏病经皮钮扣式补片治疗方法安全，创伤小，疗效肯定，无严重并发症。
Objective: It is designed to study the transcatheter occlusion for the treatment of left to right shunt in congenital heart disease with buttoned divice. Methods: Since February 1997, five patients with congenital patent ductus arteriosus (PDA, n=3) and atrial septal defects (ASD, n=2) underwent transcatheter occlusion using adjustable buttoned device. Results: Three out of five defects were successfully occluded. No obvious complication was noticed. Conclusions: It is suggested that in selected cases buttoned device is relatively a simple, safe and effective method in treating congenital heart disease of left to right shunt.
