摘要
无融合生殖是植物界中普遍存在的一种特殊生殖方式。高粱无融合生殖为高粱育种提供了选育更高产量、具有多种抗性、品质优良的杂种机会,是最理想的杂种优势利用方式。论述了高粱无融合生殖类型、发生机制、遗传研究及其育种前景,为最终实现高粱杂种优势固定提供理论依据,也为其他作物研究提供借鉴。
Apomixis is a special reproductive way widely exist in plantae. Sorghum apomixe offers an opportunity for select higher output, multi - resistance, high quality hybrid seed and it is the best method of heterosis use. This paper discussed the sorghum apomixis type, occur mechanisms, genetic research and breeding prospects and for the eventual realization of sorghum heterosis fixing provides a theoretical basis and a reference for the study of other crops.
