摘要
研究了磷钼酸对油品中吡啶的吸附分离行为.实验表明,最佳分离温度为40℃.磷钼酸与油品的有效接触以及磷钼酸和吡啶的初始摩尔比高于化学计量(1:3),均有利于吡啶的分离.磷钼酸作为吸附剂可通过加热而得以再生,同时吡啶也可脱附回收.根据吸附产物的摩尔比、IR谱、摩尔电导、热重分析的结果,推出吸附产物为离子缔合型化合物[C5H5NH3][PMo12o40].
Removal of alkaline impurity as pyridine from petroleum ether and commercial diesel oil by chemical adsorption with 12-molybdophosphoric acid is studied. The optimum temperature for the removal is found to be around40℃. The experimental results show that, the pyridine in organic medium can be removed quantitatively when the molar ratio of 12-molybdopyhosphoric acid (MPA) and pyridine is higher than the stoichiometrical value of l: 3 if theMPA and pyridine can be well contacted by strong stirring for over 45 minutes. The MPA can be regenerated easily byheating at 165℃, while the desorbed pyridine can be recoveral by cooling and condesating. Based on the IR spectra,molar ratios of MPA and pyridine, molar conductance in water and acetone solutions and thermal analysis, it was pro-posed that the chemical formula of the adsorbeed products be the ion-assoiated species of [C5H5NH]3[PMo12O40]. Sothe monomolecular layer adsorption is showed by langmuir adsorption isotherm.
