摘要
在旧水泥混凝土路面上加罩沥青层是一种改善其使用性能的有效措施,但其主要问题是在沥青加铺层中将出现反射裂缝.国外虽尝试了许多防治反射裂缝的措施,但其防治效果在定量上很不一致.在我国,对这方面的研究和应用较少,且试用措施的防治效果并不显著,因此,不仅有必要设计新的措施,而且更有必要对各种措施的效果进行评价.根据上海市的气候条件和交通状况,笔者对所选择、设计的5种措施(土工网、土工格栅、土工布、聚胺脂改性的卷材(APP)和特种金属网格)进行了3种试验温度(-3℃,15℃,60℃)下的试验室评价.结果显示,除土工布外,其它措施对防治荷载型反射裂缝基本上都是有效的,其中持种金属网格的防治效果最为显著.
Asphalt overlay is often one of the effective measures of improving the Performance of the existing concretePavements, but a problem commonly encountered with this measure is the 'reflective cracking' in the asphalt overlays.Ih the past, many measures, such as SAMI, fabrics etc., were tried, but the effect to retard the reflective cracking isnot significant and not constant in quantity. Therefope, it is necessary to find new measures and give them evaluationin the effeCt to eliminate the reflective cracking. Based on the environmental and traffic conditions in Shanghai, fivemeasures (geonet (GG), geogrid (PG), fabric, APP and special steel grid)are selected to retard the reflective cracking mainly induced by traffic loads, and their effects of retarding reflective cracking were evaluated in laboratory.Theresults of evaluation show that in general all measures besides fabric can all effectively retard the reflective crackingcaused by loads, and that in particular, the special steel grid performs the best effect as compared to geonet, geogridand APP in consideration of the comprehensive effectiveness at three temperatures.
