摘要
针对短路流携尘降低除尘效率的问题,在进口结构采用了回转通道,以此降低进入旋风器空间的向心浓度梯度.对等截面和变截面两种通道形式的分离模型进行了分析。
Spin inlet passage was adopted to decrease the gradient of contripetal dust concentration into cyclone space for settling the problem that short circuit flow with dust led to reduction of separation efficiency. Analysis about inlet passage air dust separation model with constant or varifying section was made. The formula of separation efficiency and an applied example were shown.
