摘要
对目前甜菊糖甙测定方法进行了综述,并比较了容量法、重量法、流动注射化学发光法、分光光度法、毛细管电泳法、高效液相色谱法、薄层色谱法之间的差异性和优缺点。目前应用最广泛的测定方法是高效液相色谱法。
The methods for the determination of stevioside were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods were compared. The most important approach between the methods is the high performance liquid chromatography.
