氮钙配合施用对菠菜产量及品质的影响 被引量:8

Effects of nitrogen and calcium combined application on yields and quality of spinach

摘要 采用盆栽的方法,研究不同氮钙配合对菠菜产量、硝酸盐、Vc及草酸含量的影响。结果表明,供钙用量一致时,菠菜生物量在氮用量为0.2 g/kg时最高;在氮用量为0 g/kg和0.4 g/kg时,菠菜的生物量随着钙水平的提高而升高;供氮量为0.2 g/kg时,随着施钙量的增加菠菜生物量先升高后降低;在相同供钙水平下,菠菜可食部位的硝酸盐、草酸总量和可溶态草酸含量随着氮用量的增加而升高;当施氮量为0 g/kg时,增加钙肥可以显著降低菠菜可食部位的草酸总量和可溶态草酸含量;当供氮量为0.2和0.4 g/kg时,可溶态草酸含量和草酸总量均随着钙肥用量的增加而明显降低后升高。在本试验中,氮钙用量分别为0.2 g/kg和0.3 g/kg时,即氮钙用量分别相当于大田用量150 kg/hm2和225 kg/hm2时,菠菜具有最高的生物量,较低的硝酸盐、可溶态草酸和草酸总量,较高的Vc含量。 A soil culture was used to study the effects of combined application of nitrogen and calcium on yield, nitrate content, Vc content and oxalate content of spinach in this paper. Results showed that spinach biomass was highest with the supply of N 0.2 g/kg when calcium rates were the same. Supplied with N 0 and 0.4 g/kg rates, spinach biomass increased with the increased cal- cium levels and when N rate was 0.2 g/kg, spinach biomass increased first then decreased with the increase of calcium. With the same calcium supply, nitrate content, total oxalate and soluble oxalate contents in spinach edible parts increased with the increased N rates; when N rate was 0 g/kg, total oxalate and soluble oxalate contents were obviously decreased with the increased calcium fertilizer rates while those were decreased first markedly then increased when calcium rates were increased at the rate of N 0.2 g/ kg and 0.4 g/kg in spinach edible parts. Thus, in this study, spinach achieved the highest yield, lower nitrate content, soluble oxalate content and total oxalate, higher Vc content, when nitrogen and calcium rates were 0.2 g/kg and 0.3 g/kg, whose rates were equivaent to the farm rates of 150 kg/hm^2 and 225 kg/hm^2, respectively.
