摘要
目的研究大鼠肝癌诱发过程中细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的不同表达。方法采用二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱发大鼠肝癌模型,分别检测非特异性药物反应、非癌性增生性改变和肝癌发生3个阶段6个时相的肝组织中ICAM-1的表达。结果在诱癌的前2个阶段ICAM-1的表达逐渐增强,到20周左右ICAM-1的表达到高峰,其后表达减弱。结论ICAM-1的这种不同表达可能与细胞因子对肝细胞的不同刺激及肝癌结节的数量和大小有关。
URPOSE To study the variety expression of ICAM-1 in rat liver tissue during experimental hepatocarcinogenesis.METHODS Hepatic carcinomas were induced with the administration of diethylnitrosamine (DEN) in rats. The expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) was measured by Northern Blot in six phases of three carcinogenic successive stages, these are, the non-specific changes reacting to the drug toxicity, the precancerous lesions and the lesions of genuine malignancy including hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma.RESULTS Overexpression of ICAM-1 in the first two stages, and the expression reached its maximum in the 20th week and then decreased.CONCLUSIONS The different expression of ICAM-1 may be due to the various stimuli of the inflammatory cytokines to hepatocytes and the number and volume of the neoplastic nodules.
