摘要
观察了普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉（ＰＩＣＡ）对心电图ＱＴｃ的影响。对照研究了１９例择期手术病人ＰＩＣＡ常规剂量麻醉前后的ＱＴｃ。结果表明ＰＩＣＡ使本组患者的ＱＴｃ由０．４２±０．０３显著延长到０．４７±０．０４（ｔ＝５．１３，Ｐ＜０．００１），ＱＴｃ＞０４５发生率由０％显著增加到５３％（Ｐ＝００００２）。作者据此认为：ＰＩＣＡ应慎用于术前有ＱＴｃ延长者，ＰＩＣＡ期间应作心电图监测，以避免严重心律失常的发生。
To study the effects of procaine intravenous combined anesthesia(PICA) on Q T interval.Q T interval of 19 cases received selective surgery were measured,before anesthesia and 30 min after intravenous procaine infusion with conventional dose.The results showed that Q Tc was significantly prolonged (P<0.001) and incidence of Q Tc>0 45 was significantly increased(P=0 0002) after PICA. Conclusion:The patientswith long Q T interval must be kept away from PICA and ECG monitor is necessary when PICA is operated.
