摘要
抗菌消炎合剂对巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀有明显抑制作用，并能明显对抗二甲苯引起的小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增加。体外抗菌试验显示本药对金黄色葡萄球菌、卡他球菌和肺炎链球菌等有抑菌作用。毒性试验表明，本品外用对皮肤、粘膜无刺激作用，不引起过敏反应。小鼠口服ＬＤ５０＞９０ｍｌ／ｋｇ。
Kang Jun Xiao Yan Mixture (KXM)is a complex herb agent. Clinical observation has shown it is effective for mucocutaneous infection by local administration. The aminal experimental results showed that KXM was given 2 times/day or 4 times/ day for 3 6 days continuously markedly inhibited the ear edema produced by croton oil, the increased vascular permeability induced by xylen in mice and the edema of hind paw induced by carrageenin in rats. Antibacterial experiment in vitro indicated KXM can suppress the staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus pneumoniae and catarrh coccus, MIC is respectively 1:500,1:40 and 1:1000. Toxicity investigation showed KXM has no stimulation to skin and mucosa membrane , doesn't produce allergic reaction when it is given locally, and adimistrate KXM orally LD 50 >90 ml/kg.
