摘要
为探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘（ｃｏｕｇｈｖａｒｉａｎｔａｓｔｈｍａＣＶＡ）的早期诊断及气道阻力和气道阻塞的可逆性，对ＣＶＡ患者３０例、慢支炎患者２０例、健康对照组２０例进行了肺通气功能、气道阻力和支气管扩张试验。与其它两组相比ＣＶＡ组的Ｒａｗ明显增高，Ｇａｗ明显降低，支气管扩张试验阳性率增高。提示对原因不明或治疗效果不佳的顽固性咳嗽患者，进行气道阻力检测和支气管扩张试验。
To explore the airway resistance and reversibility on the airway obstruction in patients with cough variant asthma Made the lung ventilation function,airway resistance and bronchiectasis test in 30 cases patients of cough variant asthma,20 cases of chronic bronchitis patients and 20 cases health subjects.The cough variant asthma group is obvious increase of Raw,obvious reduction of Gaw,and increase of positive rate in the bronchiectasis test.It is helpful at early diagnosis and differential diagnosis from cough variant asthma,in the patients with long time cough of the cause is not clear and treatment effect bad make airway resistance and bronchiectasis test.
