摘要
应用高效液相色谱法对牙髓组织中儿茶酚胺进行定量研究。10颗牙齿的牙髓取自正畸原因而拔除的健康恒前磨牙。结果表明正常牙髓组织中去甲肾上腺素含量为23.47±0.52μg/g,多巴胺含量为19.17±1.03μg/g。
The purpose of this report was to study quantitatively the levels of catecholamines in human dental pulp by highperformance liquid chromatography (HPLC). 10 healthy teeth were selected from the extrections due to orthodontic reasons. The pulp of the teeth were obtained immediately after the extraction and samples were analyzed by means of HPLC for levels of dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine. The result showed that the concentration of norepinephrine in human dental pulp was 23.47±0.52 μg/g pulp tissue and dopamine was 19.17±1.03 μg/g pulp tissue.
