摘要
制作40个渗透陶瓷样本,测定粉浆涂塑渗透陶瓷的氧化铝烧结及玻璃料渗透的两个烧结阶段的线性收缩率。结果表明:渗透陶瓷烧结完成后的线性收缩率为0.08%~0.32%。收缩主要发生于氧化铝的烧结过程(P<0.05),此过程的收缩率为0.20%,而玻璃料的渗透烧烤过程不引起长度的明显变化(P>0.05)。GⅠ-Ⅰ型、GⅠ-Ⅱ型镧系、GⅠ-Ⅱ型铈系及VitaIn-ceram4种玻璃料渗透氧化铝前后试件的长度变化无统计学差异(P>0.05)。
This study tested the linear sintering shrinkage (SS) rate of ceramic infiltrated with different galsses (Vita Inceram, GⅠⅠ La,GⅠⅡ La,GⅠⅡ Ce), the results showed that the linear SS rate was 0.08% ̄0.32%, which occurred mianly in the firing stage of alumina (P<0.05) and galss infiltration had no influences on the dimensional stability of ceramic(P>0.05). It suggests that the effects of glass infiltration on the dimensional stability of GI galsses were comparable with that of Vita Inceram.
